Upon arrival, the room was filthy, and on the smaller side, but it was spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished once cleaned. The hotel offers everything you could need, though it may not accommodate larger gadgets like laptops or SLR cameras. The service was helpful and apologetic about the lack of Sky sports cable TV; overall, it was incredible, with attentive staff who even escorted me via the lift. The location was brilliant, situated conveniently between South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations with plenty of dining options nearby. As for the dining experience, it was great before heading out to enjoy London, offering some delightful local sweets. The facilities were top-notch.
